Our Charging Policy

Transparency for us is an essential component of our cooperation. Fees are made on a time-billing system unless there is a special agreement (for example, trial contract agreement). Time billing is for a per hour fee which is not less than the minimum prescribed under the Solicitors’ Code as currently in force.

NB: Pricing strictly precedes any out-of-court, judicial and procedural actions.

Flexible terms and financial plans at competitive prices

See how it works:

  • Time charge per service according to the  Greek Lawyer’s Code.
  • Information in advance about the fee and the total initial and any additional costs that can be anticipated – no surprises
  • Discounted packages on mass case assignments
  • 50% fee advance upon assignment, full payment on completion of case
  • Fee amounts are net fees, before VAT
  • Payment methods: Bank deposit or use of credit/debit card

Note: The financial policy for each case varies according to the complexity of the case. However, a quote will be provided once we have a first idea of the costs.
